We hope you enjoy your order. Since every item on yaoshengclothing.com is custom-made and handcrafted, please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided that:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair
- In its original condition, with all tags intact
- Return in the original packaging if possible
To return an item, please email 13501586566@163.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send any items back before contacting us—return packages without instructions will not be trackable and may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. You will not incur any restocking or handling fees.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please email 13501586566@163.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping costs.
Items We Do Not Accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after receipt
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your returned goods arrive and are inspected, we will refund you via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require a few additional days for the funds to arrive.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our fault or a wrong item.
International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping. Import duties, taxes, or VAT are set and collected by your local customs authorities and are non-refundable. Any duties and return shipping costs incurred will not be refunded if the package is refused upon delivery or abandoned by customs.
Cancellation and Changes
As production begins immediately after you place your order, if you need to cancel or change your order, please email 13501586566@163.com as early as possible. We will do our best to assist, but once production begins, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that you may enjoy under the laws of your country and cannot be waived by agreement.
